Is this normal or is it a problem?

My 15 year old daughter was in a fight on Monday ad busted her head on the floor she was fine untill last night then unbarable pain she was in tears. I gave her some aleeve but the pain was untouched. She went to bed and about 2 hours later I found her in the floor knees to chest staring at the ceiling I went to ask her what was wrong and she screamed for me to leave her alone. Then I went to hug her an she screamed don't touch me and she is never mean or says those things. Is she ok?
