Could i have a yeast infection again?

so, i had Bv last month, and then this month a yeast infection, i treated it w/ monistat 7 and the last day was monday, 3 days later today, my boyfriend had clean hands and fingered me and then inserted his about 3 times w/out a condom because thats what was recomended by planned parenthood as i could possibly be allergic to latex and we just wanted to see how it felt, but when i got home i peed and it burned...as if i got another infection!! i spread the lips and it was really red and i let it air out until it turned pink again, it feels fine now, could i possibly get another infection this fast because of what we did?
