l itching with wetness?

So for about a month now, I've noticed that whenever my lubricates itself, my area around my gets really irritated, red, and itchy shortly after. The temperature here has been really hot lately, and I noticed that if i change my panties a couple times throughout the day, the itching goes down to the point where it's not irritated at all. Could this be heat rash or something?
