White discharge that is sometimes chunky and has an acidic smell normal in 7 month of pregnancy?

I went to the Dr. last week b/c I was having extra discharge that was white but sometimes had a hint of yellow the Dr asked if I was itchy and I said no and she said it was normal but she would check and did a l swab and sent it to the lab, the results were neg. well she didnt tell me what she was testing for and now the discharge is sometimes chunky and has not a bad smell but an acidic smell to it, I worried it maybe Bv which I have had before but when I had it before it smelled like bad (fish) Could this be the beginning of Bv?
