I have 2 lumps on my right leg and 1 lump on my left leg there about shin high and sore its even worse?

If i crouch down my GP thinks its blood trapped and has put me to get a doppler check does anyone know what this is and do i need to worry about it also has anyone else ever had this problem. I also feel it when i am driving or walking over a long distance
