Do they take a picture of the penger when the driver gets a ticket for ping a red light with the camera?

My friend and I were recently coming home from the mall when she ped a red light (the ones with the camera) and i was the penger, but i wasnt wearing my seatbelt. Are they gonna charge for me not wearing the seatbelt? Or only for her ping the red light? does anyone know around how much that ticket would cost?
