Do you think it's weird for a guy to wear a wig?

My hair doesn't grow like it's used to be. And it's quite short and can get real dry and ruff at times. I was thinking of buying a wig. Something new. My gay brother thinks it'll make me look gay but Im not talking about drag wigs and all that crap. Iam talking about a real wig or that synthetic stuff. Do you guys think it's weird for a straight dude to wear a wig? I don't think so.
