What type of wood is best (but cheap) for a toybox?

We are wanting to build my daughter a little toybox. I have been reading about OSB Sheathing people say it is stronger than Pine Plywood for building homes but would it matter with this just being inside? or is there another type that may be easier/better to build with. Thanks for any help.
