Tattoo on my left should blade of my mom and dads name?

Give me your honest opinion, is this kinda of like a bad look? I'm not a tough guy or anything and i don't even try to be a tough guy, im a nice 18 year old adult. But at the same time, i don't want to look like a wimp or gay. I am a mama's boy so i don't really mind if that's the look it will give, but anyways im about to get my dad and moms name tattooed on my left shoulder blade, Roy on top and Kristin below it. i was wondering what peoples opinions are about children getting their parents names tattooed on them. I also would like to know how the tattoo process goes, what do they do when you come into the shop, and what rules do you have to follow after you get your tattoo, and im not really worried about the pain because i get blood drawn almost monthly. any opinions are welcome, but don't be a douche about it. just HONEST opinions please and thanks.
