My 3.5 month old has been teething for about a month now. I just started giving her teething tablets....?

Is she too young for them? Has anyone given a 3 month old these tablets? I haven't been able to put them in her mouth, plus i am afraid she will choke, so i dissolve it in water and then give it to her. I like the idea of teething tablets because they are homeopathic--not medicine. I don't want to rely on tylenol all the time! I use these tablets in conjunction with Gripe water to ease the tummy during teething. Has anyone done that as well? I am afraid I am giving her too much, too early. She is also on baby zantac for acid reflux.....
