Lock, Hunter, or Moonkin for cata(pvp)?

i cant decide which to roll lol. i think im more considering moonkin or lock jus cus altho i love hunter its just annoying geting mele off u when their right in ur face. while lock can fear,etc. not having to run away. also same with moonkin to some extent lol with roots an stuff. mainly i want to have some type of burst but also good survivability? so that excludes frost mage, ele sham, and hunter imo.
