I had a dream that my partner died what does it mean?

i had a dream last night that my partner of 4 years died. he feel down stairs and i watched it all happen but didnt help.watched him die and i just stood there. it felt so real i was so upset we love each othe so much what could this mean plz any answers. it was so freaky and when i woke up it just so happend he had gorren up to go to the toilet and he wasnt there lol he cam back and he asked if i was ok i told him the dream and he laughed and said well im still here we have 2 kids together aswell so any ideas plz leave me an answer??
