I'm buying a home...what major things could be wrong?

I'm buying a 10 year old home in NC. I will be having a full inspection as well as a termite inspection. I also want to know the status of the septic system (when was in cleaned last, ect.) Would that be covered in the home inspection, and what other major things could go wrong with a 10 year old house within 5 years?
