How disorganised is your university?

yeah you'll get used to that, most uni's have no bloody idea what they're doing, at least mine surely doesn't.... once you're in your halls or house, then you'll have to chase things up by yourself, unfortunately. mind you, i got nothing until my first day, but it didn't really matter in the end, because serious work doesn't start until a few days into termtime anyway....
