F3 CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT BURGLARY?

I know someone who went to prison for 5 1/2 years for 5 counts of robbery... he got out july 2010 and had a warrant issued out for him in december. He jsut now got caught and was arrested a wek ago had a bond hearing and it siad 30,000 his pre liminary hearing is the 16th of this month... will he get out? he plea not guilty... or will he get prison time? he was not on any paper or parole.
