Am I being too sensitive?

My girlfriend and I are deeply in love. There is a little issue though. Sometimes she can be a little insensitive. Of course perhaps I can also be a little needy. Anyways I was supposed to come over and play with her two kids and give her a ride after ork today. I waas really excited. Then without texting me I see her after work gettting a ride from another female friend of hers (whom has a cute little kid too). I was upset that she did not have the decency to tell me. She said she was going to but did not have her phone with her. She then texted me apologized and said she loves me. This is the third time somehting like this has happened in the past couple weeks. Does anybody know how to handle this? Should I just forget about it?
